In this sweet playshop we will dig into the neurology of breath! How it can be used to teach the nervous system plasticity and regulation as prevention. AND can be used as an intervention when activated/ stressed/ depressed/ anxious/ dissociative. Eleanor Bramwell, trauma therapist and nervous system expert, will explain how the breath also rewires the brain and contributes to epigenetic change. You will leave with some tangible breath practices.
