Interfusion Festival 2022

Remember when you used to dance around your living room wearing a dish towel and a tiara? This workshop is designed to help you get back to THAT - that state of unapologetic creativity, joy + self-expression; to help you break out of hang-ups, shame + self-consciousness that keep you blocked. We’ll use embodied play, meditation, improvisation and group exercises in witnessing + being witnessed as our healing modalities. There will also be time to share your experience + integrate what you’re discovering. At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave feeling bright, raw + real - with greater access to your creativity, emotions + self-expression. Come be SEEN + LOVED for who you are!!
