In this workshop we'll introduce, discuss, and practice the fundamentals of Thai Massage. We’ll begin to cultivate an awareness surrounding the quality of our physical touch. We’ll explore what it means to be comfortable in our own bodies and how that affects what we communicate to others through touch. Come prepared to share an amazing experience with other like minded individuals to begin or refine your Thai massage practice.

Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothes, and bring some water to drink, a notebook and pen may also be desirable.
