Combining her decades of experience as both a sexuality educator and fitness instructor, Dr. Timaree will guide you through a highly interactive workshop that blends lecture, discussion and movement. We will discuss best practices for navigating body image and techniques for a more loving relationship with your body, and go through a short workout that has practical and sexual applications.
