Most of us long to be more fully seen, known, heard, felt, understood and accepted for all that we are, for our light and our shadow, for our magnificence and our messiness. Sharing the depths of our world with others requires that we first get intimate with who we are and that we awaken to what is truly alive and present within us. To open our hearts to receive the depths of another beautiful being, we must be willing to let go of our stories, assumptions, and expectations and get present, connected and curious. Through a collection of authentic relating experiences and relational meditation practices you will have the opportunity to explore new ways of connecting with yourself and others. You will leave feeling more aligned, embodied and connected and hopefully have some new skills to add to your intimacy building toolbox.
