Standing Acrobatics can seem intimidating when you see dramatic or dynamic skills but all of those skills have foundations. In this class we will teach you how to stand...on other people! We will utilize concepts like bone stacking and alignment to help us support our friends. We will explore poses like thigh stand and half high to work towards two high.
