Rooted in the connection between unconditional support and releasing of resistance, we’ll find support to soften. First exploring myofascial release with tennis balls, we’ll move into sensitive touch and working with gravity with Thai Massage then leverage gravity with backbend focused therapeutic flying. All levels welcome, No Partner Necessary
