Where did you first hear that your body wasn’t good enough or should somehow be different? Why Do we give those messages power? What are the ways in which your body gives you pleasure? In this workshop that combines small group discussion, lecture and a little bit of movement, sexologist and professional fitness instructor Dr. Timaree will help you examine the sources of negative body image, as well as your strongholds for body love.
