Find freedom in your dance using your imagination within your basic steps in Brazilian Zouk. This class is centered around exploring your natural, organic, and creative flow inspired by the movement of water.
We will think outside of the box, while strengthening your connection with your inner body. through your movements and expression.

This class is about allowing, and being in acceptance of your body, your dance, and yourself. Our intention will be to celebrate our inner beauty as we dance. We will seek to embody water, and find freedom in our flow.
